Dave Mantle - Managing Director

Dave was the key driver behind the implementation of the AASE programme across the Premier League in 2004 and has a significant track record of success at senior management level within the work-based learning sector. Prior to this he worked at Derby County Football Club in a management role within the football academy following 12 years in lecturing in Sport at Loughborough College.

Paul Riley - Director of Finance

Paul commenced his career in finance and banking in 1969 and is a member of the Institute of Credit Management. Paul's finance and accountancy background has been an obvious advantage in his role as Director of Finance at SR Education. He also continues to act as a consultant within the commercial banking sector.

Ralph Stratton - Director of Operations

Ralph has worked in the Further Education sector for 26 years in a range of colleges across the UK. For the last nine years he has worked as a Senior Manager, formerly in charge of curriculum delivery with a focus on Technology (for example construction, engineering, computing) and in recent years has specialised in education and training which has taken place on employers' premises. He chose to work with SR Education as the company values quality, passion, honesty, and integrity.

Chris Bradley - Director of Data and Contracts

Chris has more than 17 years experience in the sector. His notable achievements include leading a large College to achieve CoVE status in engineering in phase 1 of the roll-out in 2003, having played a significant role as Quality Manager in 2000 when the College's FEFC inspection saw it received the best grade profile in the country. He also led the College to achieve sector-wide recognition in the effective use of performance data to target and drive quality improvement.

Justin Walker - National Apprenticeship Manager

A former England Youth International and professional footballer with Nottingham Forest and Scunthorpe United, Justin spent five years in Further Education, combining his lecturing duties in sport with managing a Football Development programme at a FE College. Since joining SR Education, he has helped develop a nationally recognised brand and team that delivers high quality training.
