SR Education and Quality Care East Midlands

SR Education is diversifying its portfolio with an exciting venture into the Care Sector.

SR Education has teamed up with Quality Care EM to provide a bespoke staff-training programme. Quality Care EM is a provider of services for people with autistic spectrum disorder learning disabilities based in the Sutton-in-Ashfield and Derby area.

The bespoke training programme includes delivery of an apprenticeship scheme at level 2 and 3 for identified care staff, plus the structuring and coordination of mandatory training for all staff.

SR Education has provided qualified care vocational staff, who are based at the Quality Care complexes, to deliver the apprenticeship scheme, as well as to work with Quality Care managers and trainers to structure and coordinate a bespoke mandatory training programme.

This new venture combines the expertise and experience of the SR Education team in delivery of apprenticeship programmes combined with a large care provider in Quality Care EM, which values training and wants to create a bespoke package to suit its needs.
