
Customer Service
SR Education has been supporting businesses to develop their Customer Service expertise, both locally and further afield, and has recently enhanced that provision with the launch of Business and Administration qualifications.
The team has been delivering Customer Service NVQs with a 100 per cent success rate. We have been working with diverse businesses ranging from frontline service providers in a call centre organisation to operational staff providing service to internal customers in a family run brewery.
SR Education has provided experienced trainers and assessors to deliver the Customer Service qualifications and maximise the benefits of learning for both staff and employers. Our learners have benefitted from the opportunity to achieve accredited workplace qualifications to evidence their skills and knowledge. Their employers are able to reap the business rewards of motivated and professional staff delivering high quality service to their customers.
Our learners are often returning to the classroom after a number of years of work experience; others are looking to enhance their careers by obtaining vocational skills and knowledge to support their existing academic achievements. The experienced SR Education team work closely with each learner and employer to ensure both personal aspirations and business needs are fully met.
This same personal service has been applied to our newest recruits following the launch of Business Administration Apprenticeship programme and we wish them all success with their learning.
