Elite coaching centres

These are designed for youngsters with above average ability in the 7-15 age range and act as a stepping-stone towards bigger and better things. The courses are run by SR Education coaches, and those who impress at a trials weekend are offered a position within the elite centre, which qualifies them to attend a six-week block of high-quality coaching. Those who show real promise are then ‘fed’ through to the academies and centres of excellence at local clubs.
